Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take appointments?
Yes, we take both advance and same day appointments. Simply call our office and speak to the front staff; be ready with your date of birth, convenient times, and reason for visit. We do ask that appointments arrive early enough to fill out the necessary paperwork in order to be seen at their designated time; if you are more than fifteen minutes late, we may consider you a walk-in.

I am uninsured, can you still see me?
Our clinics accept cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard. We also offer a discount cash program for the uninsured. Payment options are available, but we do ask that out-of-pocket patients pay half of the fees up front. All true emergencies will be seen regardless of financial considerations.

I am in a hurry, can I be seen early?
If you are seeking urgent care: yes. We will see you right away.

If you are seeking non-urgent care: all walk-ins are seen on a first-come basis. If we are experiencing high patient traffic, unless you are on-time for your appointment, this may mean a longer wait for non-urgent care. However, once you are checked in, you will be seen that day. If you are in a hurry, there are options available:

  • Have our staff check you in and ask what approximate time you would be seen. Then, feel free to leave: go shopping, get some coffee or lunch, or go home. You may return to the clinic at your approximate time to be seen.
  • Ask the front staff to check with our other clinic and be seen there.
  • Make an appointment for a later date or time.

Can you be my primary care provider (PCP)?
For most insured, we can absolutely be your primary care provider. Simply call your insurance and ask for them to update that for you, in most cases this can be done same day.
